Deliveries
ALL PRICES ARE SHOWN IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS
You should receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days. Please add up to $20.00 fee for shipping and handling within Australia. This only applies for products not apparel. Countries outside Australia should receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days and add a fee for shipping of $30.00. Postal charges for international air freight will be AUD$22.00. International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes. Note that delivery times may vary when an item is on back order.
For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent registered mail.
Stock Availability and End Dates
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.

Our Guarantee
We want you to love what you’ve ordered. If something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style. Please note, however, that there is no exchange on used goods unless the product is faulty, unfit for the purpose or does not match the description provided. Shadowboxer Systems has the right to assess the age and condition of any returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund.
