Shadowboxing with Style
18 February 2008Celebrity Delta Goodrem has been spotted in Sydney on the Shadowboxer program. She’s been having personal training sessions with Shadowboxer Guru Paul Todd.
Also taking up the SB challenge has been local Sydney celebrity, presenter and model Annalise Braakensiek. She’s also been putting the Shadowboxer to the test at some of Paul’s sweat sessions around town.
